At this time, we do not offer shipping. All skincare and store purchases are prepared for in-spa pickup, and our team will contact you when your order is ready.

Yes. Certain treatments and bundles require a consultation prior to scheduling to ensure safety, eligibility, and the best possible outcome.

If a consultation is required, your online purchase will be applied as a credit toward your recommended treatment plan.

All online purchases are final sale and non-refundable to the original form of payment (except where required by law). This includes skincare, treatments, bundles, prepaid services, memberships, specials, and gift cards. When applicable, store credit may be issued based on our cancellation policy.

Appointments booked using an online purchase must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to receive full store credit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment—or missed appointments—result in forfeiture of payment, with no credit issued.

Store credit:

Is issued when cancellation timing allows

Is non-transferable and redeemable only by the original purchaser

Is valid for 12 months from the date issued

Is not redeemable for cash (except where required by law)

Credits may not be combined with select promotions unless explicitly stated.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew on your enrollment date. To avoid the next billing cycle, memberships must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to the renewal date. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed. Cancellation stops future billing but does not reverse prior charges.
